The Integration through Creative Arts: Fostering Cross-Cultural Harmony (INTARTS) project is an international initiative aimed at overcoming cultural barriers and promoting the social inclusion of migrants and refugees through art. The 15-month project brings together institutions and NGOs from Lithuania, Greece, (Pigi Koinsep) and Poland (Dunaj Instytut Dialogu) to strengthen intercultural understanding. As Balturka Culture Academy, we are proud to contribute to this creative process and be part of this transformative journey.

Target Group
INTARTS primarily targets youth workers, migrants, refugees, and organizations that work with these communities. The project empowers migrants to express their cultural stories through art while equippi9ng youth workers with innovative tools to support the integration process.

- Develop creative arts-based training materials tailored to youth workers, migrants, and refugees.
- Enhance the capacity of youth workers and migrant communities to facilitate integration through art-based strategies.
- Foster collaboration between NGOs, youth centers, and refugee centers to share innovative integration practices.
- Create both online and offline training materials for broader accessibility.
- Organize creative arts training activities to promote cross-cultural harmony and empower participants.
- Encourage cross-border exchange of experiences and methods to strengthen international cooperation.
- Document and disseminate success stories that highlight the role of creative arts in youth work and integration.
